Overview<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The Science, Technology and Innovation Youth Fund (STIYF)<\/strong> is a government initiative under the National Science and Technology Council (NSTC)<\/strong> that empowers Zambian youth to turn innovative ideas into tangible solutions. The fund supports activities in research, product development, and entrepreneurship aligned with national development priorities.

  • Promote research and innovation among Zambian youth<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Support the development and commercialization of innovative products<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Encourage participation of female and differently-abled youth in STI<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Build capacity for youth-led problem-solving in communities<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Contribute to Zambia\u2019s transition to a knowledge-based economy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Who Can Apply?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    • Zambian youth aged 18\u201335 years<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Must have a valid NRC<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Applications can be individual or team-based<\/strong> (with a leader)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Must demonstrate technical knowledge and potential impact<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
